Structural titanium, engine hardware and landing-gear components for tier-one suppliers, with full traceability from bar to box.
- Wing ribs
- Blisks
- Actuator housings

We machine the parts that can't fail: turbine hardware, surgical implants, hydraulic blocks. Two plants, 68 machines, one standard.
● Who we are
Founded by two toolmakers in 1987, Corvane now runs 68 machines across two plants and ships to 140 customers in 19 countries. Every order still gets the same thing: a named engineer, a DFM review within a day, and a measured first article before production.
● Capabilities

Simultaneous 5-axis on twelve machining centres, from blisks to structural brackets, with in-process probing on every setup.

Sliding-head lathes for small, long and very exact parts: bone screws, pins, fittings and valve stems, millions a year.

Robotic and manual TIG/MIG cells for frames and skids up to 12 m, stress-relieved and machined after welding.

A climate-controlled lab with four CMMs, optical scanning and surface analysis. Every first article gets a full report.

Pallet-fed cells run the third shift unattended, so repeat orders ship faster and cost less without cutting corners.
● Process
A manufacturing engineer reviews your model and drawing within 24 hours and sends back every question at once, not one a week.
Toolpaths are programmed and simulated against the real machine and fixture before a single chip is cut.
The first part is measured on the CMM against every dimension on the drawing. You get the full AS9102 report.
SPC on the critical features, material certs and full traceability in every box. Repeat orders run lights-out.
● Industries
Four industries make up 90% of what we ship. Each has its own cell, its own quality plan and engineers who know its standards by heart.

Structural titanium, engine hardware and landing-gear components for tier-one suppliers, with full traceability from bar to box.

Turbine shafts, valve bodies and subsea manifolds in forged steel and duplex, machined and tested for decades of service.

Implant-grade titanium and cobalt-chrome, Swiss-turned and passivated in a dedicated cell with its own clean room.

Manifold blocks and cylinders machined, deburred, assembled and pressure-tested to 700 bar before they leave.

“Every part leaves this building measured, not assumed. If the report isn't in the box, the part isn't either.”
